New Business Aquisition

Interesting day today, I continue to receive many calls from potential clients wanting to create elaborate marketing plans ready to implement when the economy changes (or when they are ready to pull the trigger).

The question is, how much time do I allocated to this new business acquisition knowing that these clients will not execute for several months, if at all?

I have found that my phone is ringing far more now than ever before, but the conversion to billable business has been slow.
